Roen ‘Eyes On Me’ Eyeshadow palette review
This quad is magic. I have entered the era of makeup where I’d rather not have to think too much when putting together an eye look.
I want something subtle most days. But then on other days I want to do it up with as little thought as possible.
Gone are the days where I would look through my 10 shades in an eyeshadow palette to figure out which 4 or 5 shades I can put together to make the perfect eye look.
Don’t get me wrong, that process is fun, but in my current stage of life I cannot use that headspace to think. So these smaller palettes are it!

About Roen Beauty
When I first saw this palette I was so interested to try. The colours are so unique, but still wearable as someone who doesn’t wear anything too colourful on the eyes. It’s great for a bronzed look.
I haven’t heard of this brand until I heard of these eyeshadows.
Their products are cruelty free, gluten free and vegan. They are a 100% clean brand.
As they mention on their site they are a luxe brand and their goal is to create ‘high performing, innovative and easy to use without compromising on ingredients.’
I purchased the eyeshadow palette in ‘Eyes On Me’.
Formulation
Two creams, one shimmer topper, and one powder. It can be used to create a day look or a more evening look.
This is what made the quad interesting. There were multiple formulations in this quad and they all make sense!
The powder is the perfect crease shade.
The two creams layer perfectly on top of your lids and the crease shade.
Then a subtle shimmery topper that gives a nice touch, especially if you’re not someone who likes an elaborate eye look, but still wants something extra.

Longevity
These shadows definitely need to be primed with a good concealer, setting powder or eyeshadow primer if you have oily lids. Otherwise it has great staying power. I wore it for 5 HOURS without anything on my lids other than the eyeshadows and they lasted pretty well.
Any fading was from rubbing my eyes too much.

Versatility
Even though there are 4 colours only, it doesn’t make the number of looks you can get out of this limited. I see all these colours working alone, in pairs, or any combination.
It all depends on the vibe you are going for.

I used all 4 shades for the look here!

Packaging
This quad is small. And that makes it great for travel.
It also has pretty LUXE packaging. I didn’t know anything about Roen Beauty when I first discovered it and the packaging made it look so expensive and rightfully so because for something so small, it is quite expensive.
I will say that i think the price is WORTH IT and I would buy more palettes from them in the future.
Colours
I wonder why I haven’t heard more from this brand, but I’m so intrigued to try more of their products.
This eyeshadow palette is one of the best I’ve tried and they definitely know a thing or two on creating palettes with appealing colour stories. Just take a look at the other palettes they have.
They are all wearable IMO, and the varying formulations in the palette paired with the colour combinations would make them go well with SO MANY skin tones.
Conclusion
The only downside to this palette? Being someone who lives in Canada I cannot get this in stores.
I’m so used to shopping at Sephora that this was out of the norm. But Chloe Morello had worn this and after looking into their palettes more I just had to have it.
This is honestly what I’ve been reaching for recently whenever I want something a little EXTRA for my eyes.
As someone who loves makeup, but doesn’t love any CRAZY eyeshadow look, this is a great alternative to the regular nude pinks and browns I usually wear.
Have you tried their eyeshadow palettes? I’d love to hear your thoughts and any recommendations on your must haves, no fuss eye shadow palettes for the lazy girl!

Xoxo,
The Blushing B
